主要研究领域和兴趣:

细胞内表观遗传的变化在多个层面上影响染色质的结构和基因转录活性,并参与了人类多种疾病的发生。本实验室主要关注表观遗传因子,特别是蛋白质的甲基化修饰,在天然免疫和恶性肿瘤发生发展中的作用及其分子机制。目前研究主要分为三部分:
1)细胞内组蛋白甲基化等表观遗传标记建立、维持和遗传的分子调控机制;
2)天然免疫相关的信号转导通路的表观遗传调控机制;
3)恶性肿瘤发生发展过程的表观遗传调控机制。
