主要研究领域及兴趣:
  维持细胞基因组完整性和稳定性对于细胞正常生长、分化及增殖至关重要。细胞基因组DNA容易受到内源和外源因素的侵害发生损伤甚至断裂。当DNA损伤应答或修复系统存在缺陷时,易导致基因突变、染色体结构或数量发生异常及基因组稳定性失控等系列问题,最终引发细胞发生癌变、死亡。DNA损伤修复与免疫、生殖、衰老及癌症的发生发展密切关联。

  DNA修复机制在进化过程中较为保守。本实验室以模式真核生物酿酒酵母及哺乳动物细胞为研究材料,综合利用遗传学、生化与分子生物学、细胞生物学及现代单分子技术与方法,围绕DNA修复与基因组稳定性中的重要科学问题开展研究。主要包括以下研究方向:

  1. 真核细胞DNA双链断裂修复的调控机制;

  2. 真核细胞应对复制压力的分子基础;

  3. DNA损伤修复与肿瘤、免疫的关系;
